Ben Snydacker
Managing Director
Ben is responsible for overseeing financial structuring and execution at Crayhill Renewables. Prior to co-founding Crayhill Renewables, Ben was Vice President of Project Finance & Research at Silicon Ranch Corporation and has held multiple roles in the renewable energy industry including leadership of EY’s renewable energy tax equity practice.
Erick Bauman
Managing Director
Erick is responsible for acquisition, origination, and development strategies as well as the day-to-day operations at Crayhill Renewables. Prior to co-founding Crayhill Renewables, Erick oversaw M&A and PJM Development at Silicon Ranch Corporation and has held multiple roles in the renewable energy industry throughout his career.
Warren is responsible for overseeing transmission grid studies, interconnections, and market forecasting efforts at Crayhill Renewables. Prior to joining Crayhill Renewables, Warren served in various roles at Southern Company, primarily focused on transmission and renewable projects at Southern Power; he then helped stand up a planning team at Silicon Ranch Corporation.
Ritvik Desai
Analyst, M&A and Development
Ritvik is responsible for the evaluation of project development and M&A opportunities at Crayhill Renewables. Prior to joining Crayhill Renewables, during his time at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Ritvik was a project development intern at Ranger Power.
Brittni Martinez
Accounting Manager
Brittni Martinez manages accounting and financial reporting at Crayhill Renewables. Brittni is a CPA and prior to joining Crayhill Renewables, was a member of the financial reporting team at Silicon Ranch Corporation. She has also worked within the accounting functions at several corporate and financial services firms in Nashville.
